Below are answers to some common questions about the counseling process, my approach, and the services I provide.
How Do I Get Started?
Please call me at 828-283-0573 or email at briandugdale@hotmail.com to begin the conversation. Through a series of questions, we can decide if I would be able to serve you well. Then an initial appointment can be made.
What Are Your Session Fees?
1 Hour(approx) Session - $125
Do You Take Insurance?
I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, UMR, MedCost and United Health/Optum. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit a claim for an out-of-network reimbursement if you have a different insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider to see if this is an option
What if I want to see you, but cannot afford your fees?
I am willing to help anyone in need. Please ask and we can work out a payment that best suits your financial capabilities.

What Are Your Qualifications?
I have a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando Florida. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).
Additionally, I have received training in trauma focused counseling through the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.
