Welcome to Brian Dugdale Counseling. I provide relationally based, solution focused, and person/client-centered therapy to  individuals, couples and families. Since 2010, I have been working with people of various ages, cultures, and backgrounds. My hope for each person I sit with is to provide insight into issues that are adversely impacting your life and relationships. The goal of our interactions will be to help you and others in your life develop positive interactions that are borne from understanding more of who you are as an individual and how you relate to the world around you.


I specialize in working with people who struggle with trauma, addictive behaviors, depression and/or anxiety, relationship issues including family system dynamics and couples struggling with interpersonal dynamics. In that, I have been practicing as a mental health counselor for over 12 years.
